Photography
We charge a flat rate no matter the size of the home and provide, on average, 30-50 photos. Contact us if your property has a carriage house or multiple buildings for pricing. Blue sky edit, fireplace and TV replacement INCLUDED!

Walk-through Video
We charge a flat rate no matter the size of the home and provide a 2-4 minute video. Includes music and agent banner at the end. If changes are needed we provide one free edit, for every additional edit we charge $10 per change. Contact us if your property has a carriage house or more than one home for pricing. Measurements
We provide either basic floor plan for 8.5 cents per sqft or detailed floor plan for 10.5 cents per sqft. The photo shows the upgraded floor plan which illustrate the bathroom and kitchen fixtures. If changes are needed we provide one free edit, for every additional edit we charge $10 per change. If you require patios, shops etc to be included just let us know when booking. Minimum charge for standard is $150. Minimum charge for upgraded is $175.

Drone
